I'm Wade, the owner of Wade Builders Limited. Building has always been my passion.
I've been involved in construction and building since I was 15, taught and guided by the previous generation of builders who expected the highest level of carpentry skills and exceptional work ethics.
Over my 30+ years in the industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in every aspect of building and construction, while continuing to strive to be the best.
In 2021 I launched Wade Builders Limited and lead a remarkable team who go above and beyond.
I pride myself on fostering the same principals, in my valued workers, that were instilled in me years ago.
I believe in leading by example so am actively "on the tools" as well as behind the scenes to ensure both my team and clients get the very best of what I have to offer.
I've worked on numerous projects, including the Zespri head office in Mount Maunganui, Te Whare Hau Te Kura Whare Tuhoe, The Atrium in Mount Maunganui, Calais Mount Resort, a 180m concrete structure at Tauranga Airport, Seeka Packhouse, Sheaffs Car Yard, Oceanside Resort & Twin Towers, a gated community with 52 houses, Opotiki College Gym upgrade, and the Opotiki Police Station upgrade, among many others.
I’m Addie, the general manager for Wade Builders Limited. As a qualified and experienced carpenter,
I serve as your trusted point of contact throughout your project. I work with you from measure and quote, right through to project completion, answering all your questions along the way.
I provide professional advice, alternative solutions and realistic timelines as well as working on site to get the job done. I believe steady communication and reliability are essential for a seamless building experience, supported by our highly skilled team.
Our health and safety officer, Dylan upholds our high safety standards, reflected by our annual gold star rating from Site Safe. Additionally our vehicle and tool officer, Andy guarantees we provide the best tools and machinery for every job.
